Call Centre Agents - Customer Service Consultants
R5,000-8,000 Per Month CTC Incl Benefits
(Benefits: Medical Aid, Provident Fund.)
Seeking Customer Services Consultants with 12 months Customer Services experience in a Call Centre environment.
Key purpose:
* To assist with and resolve customer queries
Competencies:
* Self motivated and pro - active;
* Team player;
* Assertiveness and can adapt easily to change;
* Able to prioritize and work under pressure;
* Very organized, positive and service orientated;
* Professional at all times
Qualifications and Experience:
* Matric with Maths or Accounting (Essential)
* 12 Months Customer Services experience in a Call Centre
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent administration skills
* MS Office and PC Literate
The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for (but is not limited to):
* Taking calls and dealing with queries
* General administration duties.
You must be willing to work in a Call Centre environment on a long term basis.
