My work experience in credit control and credit management spans over many years and in various industries. I seek a challenging position where my experience and skills will be utilized and extended. Thriving at keeping the customer happy, I make sure my directors are happy too with the manner in which “Accounts Receivable” executes the agreed credit terms, conditions and the company policies thereby, keeping bad debt at bay and cash flow healthy. Planning and mapping the credit control processes for both Cellarmaster Wines and for Storm, as well as the legal hand over from final demand to consulting and instructing attorneys has increased my understanding from A to Z. Currently I manage credit controllers within the guidelines of our credit policy, set KPA’s (key performance areas) as well as department targets. Controllers are also monitored and performance managed to improve relationships, ultimately providing good customer service and quality, not loosing sight of our main objective which is, to collect all monies due on time within contractual payment terms retaining or increasing market share too.
