  • Looking for an Assistant Market Manager for Tour Company
    Key responsibilities:
    Maintain Customer / client relationships
    Agents / Supplier liaison regarding updates, queries and complaints
    Assist in following up and developing sales leads
    Create sales and cost awareness within the team
    Assist the Market Manager with sales activities
    Use knowledge to cost products in the most effective way
    Control the quoting and operational functions of the market
    Compile and check quotations
    Send weekly updates on all pending files
    Check Tour Guides expense sheets for project coordinators
    Quality and margin control
    Handle the emergency mobile phone
    Assist Customer Care Agent with all queries on complaints received
    Ensure correct and timeous invoicing
    Assist the accounts department with queries
    Reconcile tour guide expense sheets on completion of tours / check guide salary invoice
    Backup and support the Market Manager & market Specialists
    Assist the Market Manager with overseeing bookings and workload
    Ensure proper training for new Market Specialists
