  • This role is the digital marketing custodian for the brand, sponsorships and PR teams using digital marketing activities to leverage the exposure generation by the said activities on digital.
    You will develop and execute brand & product campaigns on relevant digital media and channels, and where the product marketing managers drive a campaign this role will be the digital brand custodian.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Digital Marketing:
    Digital Marketing Strategy
    Translate business strategy to Digital Marketing Strategy, develop plan and execute.
    Identify and design Digital Advertising brand campaigns
    Digital Media planning, briefing and placement and tracking
    Produce Digital Material / Collateral to deliver campaign objectives (website, social media, 3rd party media collateral)
    Content Marketing:
    Develop strategic, compelling and engaging content that positions the organization as a thought leader, generates brand recognition and consumer engagement.  
    Define and maintain group-wide content marketing calendar and delivery framework
    Social Media:
    Social Media Strategy:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that extends the brand positioning across the relevant digital platforms.
    Based on the social media strategy; develop tactical road map(s) that can be used by all brands/departments within the organisation to develop divisional specific tactics.
    Social Media Marketing & Brand Building & PR:
    Develop and execute social media marketing tactics to increase visibility and traffic across all brands and products.
    Build and support the brand through social media campaigns.
    Online Reputation Management:
    Track and manage brand sentiment & reputation.
    Integrate social intelligence and reputation management tools into business to broaden usage and awareness.
    Online Customer Service
    Manage the social media servicing capability within the organisation and constantly track and put initiatives in place to improve complaints ratio.
    Create processes and agree SLA�€�s with business service areas.
    Alignment & Standards
    Ensure alignment of all social media tactics with the overall Digital strategy, company�€�s service ethics and brand positioning.
    Development and implement organization-wide social media management standards, policies and rules of engagement for social media.
    Social Platform maintenance and Development.
    Required Experience:
    Relevant 4 year degree or equivalent diploma  in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, Finance or a related field
    A seasoned Marketer, with experience specifically in Digital Marketing
    7+ years�€� experience in social media or communications, marketing, media, or public relations
    Online Affiliate and lead generation experience
    5+ years�€� experience in digital media marketing, planning and strategy 
    5+ years of content marketing and social marketing experience, including a track record of cost-effectively growing users and engagement
