  • Key Role Outputs
    a.Recruitment, Selection and on-boarding.
    • Assist with the recruitment process- administration and daily feedback
    • Assist with telephonic screening and interviews when necessary
    • Accurate record keeping of staff referrals and appointments
    • Facilitate the staff induction; administration and loading onto Sage
    • Ensure new engagements have been loaded onto sage, new engagement packs are submitted to relevant parties for record keeping.
    • Ensure compliance regarding Disciplinary code and procedures; 5cubed; Medical Insurance and Grouplife Cover.
    • Distribution and collection of contract of employments to all new engagements;
    • Ensure notification to relevant IT departments for asset registering and signature creation as well as updating the register for the front desk.
    • Ensure compliance of the recruitment process- internal and external processes.
    • Ensure accurate and timely submission of: New engagements; terminations of employment; transfers; salary -adjustments/increases; promotions; unpaid leave; role change letters and stop pay requests.
    • Ensure effective and timeous communication between HR and Payroll with minimal input queries from payroll.
    • Assist staff with general payroll or pay slip queries
    c.Effective administration, data management and reporting.
    • Consistently update and maintain current and future data sources to ensure accurate sources of information always
    • Create; maintain and update staff e-filing
    • Ensure timely submissions to Benoni for record keeping of all documentation received
    • Oversee staff leave submissions
    • Oversee sales agents leave calculations
    • Accurate and timely Daily/Weekly and Monthly report submissions
    • Follow up on general administration issues
    • Drafting of Confirmation of employment letters, role change letters, transfer letters; promotions etc.
    • Ensure proper filing/document system and good house-keeping
    • Perform regular HR audits as required.
    • Manage the leave of employees- Annual; Sick; Study and Maternity Leave as well as unpaid leave (capture on sage and assist with necessary documentation)

    a.Matric/Grade 12
    b.Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
    c. Relevant Labor Relations Qualifications advantageous
    d.Minimum 1 year experience in a HR Administrative generalist role
    e.Sound knowledge and understanding of the BCEA; LRA; EEA
