    Key performance areas:
    Meet /exceed monthly walk-in sales targets set
    Ensure that the correct weighting is achieved on the sales product mix
    Ensure the highest level of client service (External & Internal) is maintained
    Ensure that there is no cause for complaint from internal and external customers.
    Solve or escalate all queries to relevant people or Branch Manager
    Implement all marketing plans for the branch
    Build referral database from walk-in clients
    Keep abreast with current trends in the industry and provide feedback on competitor information
    Check that all applications received from agents against the checklist and ensure all required criteria are met.
    Ensure that all supporting documents are attached to the application, i.e. ID copy, payslips; banks statement etc is compliant with Company policies & NCR
    Minimize re-works for applications sent to central processing
    Assist the client with completion of the application form
    Ensure that you comply with the credit policy process

    Minimum Requirements:
    Computer literate
    1 – 2 year’s admin experience
    Customer service and administration experience
