    AA/EE Executive PA/Secretary
    Salary being offered is R 25 000 per month CTC
    My client is a stable and professional leading Automotive brand with reputable Dealerships
    A senior Executive Manager requires a fully qualified AA Executive Level PA with 5+ years Sound Executive PA Experience.
    The incumbent must:
    Be articulate and well presented
    Be a seasoned professional with a stable work record
    Be able to meet multiple deadlines timeously without losing focus
    Have high attention to detail and accuracy
    Be punctual
    Be Customer Centric, proactive & Innovative
    Have excellent administration and organisational skills
    Have excellent computer literacy on MS Office especially Excel and Word
    High Level of Proficiency in English (written and spoken) which is essential

    Required Qualifications / Experience:
    • At least 5 years proven experience in a similar role.
    • Matric.
    • Drivers’ License.
    • Completed Secretarial Diploma from a recognized institution.
    • Proven skills on MS Office i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Proven experience with Dictaphone, Shorthand / Speedwriting advantageous.
    • Communicate fluently in English.
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Typing, editing and composing of correspondences, documents, spreadsheets, presentation and reports as required.
    • Ensure effective and efficient management and coordination of all meetings for Regional countries, Enterprises and the Regional Executive’s diaries.
    • Timely creation, collation, printing and distribution of all Regional Countries Board meeting packs.
    • Travel and accommodation bookings / arrangements are done timeously as per travel procedures.
    • Telephone calls are screened and messages recorded and communicated to relevant parties.
    • Regional office and Regional and Enterprise requirements / stationery orders are done timeously and as per company procedures.
    • Scheduling of meetings as requested by Regional Executive and Regional General Manager’s which could include but are not limited to arrangement of refreshments, taking and distribution of minutes, collation of attendance register, etc.
    • Management, control and distribution of Regional and Enterprise mail.
    • Manage and upload of documents on the internal portfolio for the all Regional Countries and Enterprises
    • Management of SHE report for Regional Executive, Regional Countries and Enterprises
    • Courteous receipt of all Regional Executive’s visitors and General Managers
    • Proof reading of all reports and documents from the Regional Countries and Enterprises to ensure grammar and information supplied is accurate and correct.
    • Strict adherence to monthly and quarterly deadlines to be a priority.
    • All secretarial related functions and general office administration which could include lending assistance in the absence of the other Executive’s secretaries.
    • Filing, invoice payments, expense claims and administrative functions associated with role as Regional Secretary.
    • Ordering of all Capex and IT requirements on behalf of Regional Countries.
    • Ad hoc functions as when they are required.
