    Knowledge Systems Services Analyst – Law firm
    Sandton - CBD
    My client is a well-established and highly recognised international law firm based in Sandton - CBD . The Knowledge Systems Services Analyst will primarily be responsible for:
    • setting up and administering Dealrooms;
    • supporting and administering the Knowledge Investment Hours project.

    • Matric
    • Degree-qualified, or equivalent
    • Experience with knowledge systems in a legal or professional services environment.
    • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Experience of building relationship with internal and external clients.
    • Experience working with HighQ Collaborate (optional - training will be provided for the right candidate).
    • Willing to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Additional hours may be required from time to time?
    • Providing set up, creation and first line technical user support on existing knowledge systems, for example, Dealrooms, iSheets.
    • Providing remote new joiner training on Dealrooms
    • Administering the Dealroom renewal and disbursement process, providing analysis on individual dealroom usage and monitoring data storage allocations.
    • Creating and maintaining training and user guides.
    • Testing and user acceptance of new tools and technologies for accessing knowledge.
    • Supporting the Knowledge Investment Hours project through the collation and formatting of content.
    • Creating and disseminating reports relating to the usage of existing knowledge systems
    • Gathering and loading knowledge content onto the knowledge management system, K+.
    • Loading updates made to the firm’s model documents to K+ and ensuring compliance with the firm’s house style guidelines.
    • Specific duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure, staff location and services.
    • The Knowledge team supports the collaborative knowledge sharing activities of the firm on a global basis. In this role, the candidate may be required to visit any of the firm’s other offices.
