  • Minimum requirements:

    Matric

    Secretarial diploma (will be an advantage)

    Driver’s license

    Clear credit and criminal record

    1 year commercial conveyancing experience



    Key Responsibilities:

    To perform varied and responsible office and secretarial work, as well as substantive legal work of a preparatory nature

    Drafting and analysing legal documents

    Interviewing clients

    Research and fact gathering

    Drafting and analysing legal documents

    Type, check and file legal documentation & correspondence using the firms standard templates.

    Schedule and confirm diary appointments as requested.

    Take minutes.

    Take notes.

    Arrange conference call facilities.

    Teamwork

    Support others in the team when own work is complete.
