    Minimum Requirements

    •Must have a Matric or equivalent senior certificate

    •1-2 years switchboard and reception experience

    •Administration procedure and policy knowledge would be advantageous

    •Extremely well spoken and proficient in English & Afrikaans

    •Well groomed, presentable and mature in outlook

    •Have initiative and can act pro-actively when needed

    •Enthusiastic , positive and self motivated

    •Must be able to follow-through on tasks

    •Good interpersonal skills

    •Basic computer knowledge - Outlook, Word, Excel

    •Own reliable transport would be preferred
