    Office Manager
    Location: East London
    Salary: R30 000
    Our client is looking for an Office Manager to travel to various branches and manage branch operations effectively.
    • Matric
    • Degree in Management
    • Recognized Qualification as per the FSB
    • RE 5 (Representatives)
    • RE 1 (Key Individuals)
    • 4 Years’ Experience in the Insurance Industry;
    • 3 Years’ in Management
    • 1 Years’ experience in: Category A, B, C and retail pension benefits (Advantage)
    • Manage all client liaison and sales support in the branch offices:
    o Manage the service delivery to external and internal clients
    o Handle and report complaints effectively
    o Manage compliance and effectiveness of client service levels
    o Monitor the quality of all client services administration towards sales
    o Assist sales to ensure that sales targets are achieved
    o Management, adherence and control of client survey
    o Management of business retention
    • Manage new business policy administration
    o Oversee efficiency & accuracy of data capturing
    o Oversee compliance of quality assurance on all new business processes
    o Oversee Tick off procedures and policies
    • Management of budgetary control
    o Compile budget
    o Manage branch office expenses within budgetary constraints
    o Plan and develop methods and procedures to lower operational expenses
    o Manage the purchasing, inventory stocks and supplies
    • Report on Branch office operations
    o Submit report on monthly administration activity on daily functioning of the offices, challenges
    o Provide weekly stats to Sales on outstanding correspondence on new business
    o Oversee the submission of claims registers Office Administration
    • Management of logistics
    o Ensure branch offices adheres to the corporate identity
    o Ensure offices are well maintained
    o Liaise with facilities department for any maintenance related issues
    • Management of staff
    o Audit and control of attendance registers
    o Manage staff leave
    o Monitor and review staff performance monthly and biyearly
    o Manage branch operations effectively
    o Responsible for training, development and on-going coaching of staff
    o Comply with disciplinary and grievance procedures
    o Management of updating IT programs
