    Salary: R12 500 p.m
    Our client in the insurance industry is looking for a Receptionist to professionally assist walk-in clients and client services administration.
    Key responsibilities
    • Attend to reception area
    o Ensure that the reception area is neat and tidy in accordance with the corporate identity (TCF)
    o Ensure that the TV advertisements are displayed daily
    o Ensure that there are adequate brochures and marketing material available in brochure holders
    o Validate every walk in client
    o Provide professional and friendly assistance to walk–in clients and clients over the telephone (TCF)
    • Provide client services administration support
    o Attend to all demutualization enquiries
    o Attend to clients requesting sect 48 , tax certificates, collection/ submission of claim documents, general non advisory service and informing clients on documents needed at claim stage
    o Update Aims on all client activities
    o Accept and be accountable for deliveries
    o Maintain neatness of store room
    o Manage application requests
    o Keep record on all walk-in clients
    o Assist office manager with other duties when needed
    • Grade 12 certificate
    • 2 Years’ Experience as a receptionist
    • 1 Years’ Experience in the Insurance Industry
    • Certificate in Customer Service
    • RE 5
