ATTI is a leading IT TRAINING COMPANY, fully accredited by ISETT SETA (ACC 06000 328) and registered with The Department of Education (2008/FE07/093), focusing on Computer Literacy, Web Development, Networking and other Technical Courses. We train: individuals seeking a career in computing and employees sent by their companies / departments to upgrade skills. Since 1999 we have trained more than 1260 individuals building careers in various fields of Information Technology. In addition we have empowered approximately 520 employees from the government and the private sector with computer literacy skills. We have also successfully trained learners on learnerships during 2005 till 2009 with a high success rate and very good reports from ISETT SETA. We continue to train a number of learners on learnerships in 2010. HISTORY THE BEGINNING ATTI began as an International Franchised Licensee called NIIT in 1999. At that time, NIIT was present in 27 countries and had more than 2500 training centres in the world. On 1 December 2001 there was a local management buy-out from the licence, and the company was registered under the statutory name, In Excess Trading 22 (Pty) Ltd t/a NIIT. We continued to trade as NIIT until May 2004 when we severed ties, due to the fact that NIIT was not able to customize and meet the requirements of the South African NQF. THE PRESENT We have been trading as ATTI since May 2004. The training centre is in Polokwane. We are able to, and have implemented remote site training in Limpopo Province where the need has arisen. We also have a presence in Free State Province, Northern Cape and Mpumulanga provinces. In addition, we have trained learners on contracts in Gauteng during the past year. ATTI has an outstanding track record in the successful implementation of training projects and learnerships. We are a BEE company. Its Licensee, In Excess Trading 22 (Pty) Ltd. Represents ATTI in Limpopo, and holds the training rights in North West and Gauteng.
