  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Provide Office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the team.

    Receive, direct and relay relevant messages to relevant parties.

    General filing as and when required.

    Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.

    Greet direct and assist visitors.

    Provide administrative services when needed

    Minimum Requirements:

    At least 1 year experience as a receptionist

    Senior Certificate Matric

    Good communication ability and presentable.

    Must be computer Literate (MS Office)
