  • Administrative Clerk Qualification • Grade 12Requirements • Fully computer literate and experience on Pastel • Previous experience in a transport environment doing administration • Strong communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels • Problem solving techniques • Must be able to work overtime when required • Strong numeracy accuracy Duties • Create trips from a daily loading schedule and prepare trip schedules • Capture and check documents in preparation for invoicing • Invoicing • Export data from Data Tim and import into Pastel • Switchboard duties • Follow up on outstanding trips/paperwork • Query handling and resolving • Updating and distribution of rate cards • Data Tim/Pastel month end procedure • Preparing quotes where applicable • Prepare and issue credit notes • Assisting Ops Manager/Director with small admin tasks.
