  • Skills and Requirements:

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, essential.

    • Devising and maintaining office systems;

    • Booking rooms and conference facilities;

    • Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;

    • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;

    • Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.

    • Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English (Oral and Written)

    • Excellent Organisational Skills

    • Tertiary qualification would be an advantage

    • Must have Matric

    • 2-3 year’s experience

    • Experience in the insurance/claims sector would be an advantage
