  • Description

    Provide administrative clerical support to the Office of the Director
    Serve as an administrative clerk and facilitate the procurement of resources in the OD
    Support in management of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
    Create and manage filing tracking system
    Follow up on outstanding documents
    Taking minutes and compiling agendas
    Making logistical arrangements for meetings
    Handle confidential documents
    Provide records management services
    Prepare professionally typed documents and track responses
    Be responsible for the procurement of goods and services in the office of the OD
    File and keep records of documents
