    A 5* lodge based just outside Hluhluwe is recruiting for an Assistant Camp Manager. Must have at least 2 years' experience in a 5* property in a management post; tertiary hospitality qualifications ideal and must have matric. Proficiency in MS Office (word and excel) with experience on a reservations and invoice computer software package. Strong people management skills. Driver's license not negotiable (own transport preferred). Experience in the safari industry not negotiable. Will be responsible for hosting guests (including during meal and drink service); reservations and invoicing administration; handling and reconciliation of petty cash; stock takes and ordering; management and supervising staff; camp management and standing in for the Camp Manager when needed. Single live in position with accommodation offered on site. 3 weeks on / 1 week off leave cycle.
