    My client, a hotel based in Muldersdrift is looking for a Conference Co-ordinator to join their team. Must have at least 4 years' experience in the same or similar position within a hotel with relevant function / conference co-ordinating experience. Own transport not negotiable. Must be well organized, have strong admin skills, have strong customer relations and communication skills. Must be familiar with conferencing aspects such as conference bookings, rooming lists, function sheet, site inspection, pre-planning and pre-conference meetings with experience in a reservations system as well as sales catering software system essential. Must be able to work under pressure and sell the venues of the hotel. Position will require occasional overtime and weekend work as per business requirements.
