    An exciting opportunity exist for a 5* hotel in Randburg. The ideal incumbent must have relevant and formal culinary qualification/s with at least 12 - 15 years' experience as an Executive Chef in a 4 or 5 star hotel (with 50+ rooms). Must have a solid track record in the kitchen, working your way through the ranks. Will be responsible for physically cooking in the kitchen as well as training and managing the staff, controlling the food cost and taking responsible for all culinary activities in the hotel and restaurant. Responsible for consistently preparing innovative and creative cuisine of the highest quality. Must be hands on and willing to work shifts.
