    Must have matric with at least 3 - 5 years' experience as a F&B Manager / Assistant F&B Manager at a reputable 5* hotel or lodge. Hospitality management qualification will be an added advantage. Familiar and conversant in PlusPoint. Proficient in planning and implementing procedures for special events and functions, Must have a valid driver's license. Will be part of the Duty Management team. The purpose of the position is to ensure the efficient and profitable running of the restaurant and bar outlets by careful planning, controlling and co-ordinating of all relevant facets of the restaurant and bar outlets. Single live in position with meals and uniform provided.
