    My client based in Hazyview is looking for a Sous Chef for their restaurant. Must have a minimum of 5 years' cheffing experience in a similar establishment (a la carte restaurant) with a comprehensive understanding of all F&B outlets. Strong Managerial skills. Duties will include preparing meals, planning and costing of the menu, managing staff and controlling stock. Must be able to stand in for the Head Chef when on leave. Live out position, must have reliable transport and be able to work hospitality shifts.
