  • KEY FUNCTIONAL AREAS:
    1.Work in conjunction with Product & Marketing Manager and Marketing Director to set annual and quarterly category targets
    • To set monthly campaign targets, and balance every campaign from a category mix,
    • Continuous tracking and analysis of campaigns, preparation of contingency plans if there are deviations from plan.
    • Lead the annual and quarterly planning conference, to deliver an integrated sales, promotions and marketing plan, to deliver sales, units and margin plan.
    • Responsible for collating learning’s from previous campaigns, analyzing and refining data to update the campaign plans.
    • Ensure that all promotional and regular sales calendars are developed, communicated and approved in a timely manner.
    • Prepare annual and quarterly energy charts-ensure these are adhered to.
    • Estimate every campaign and balance every campaign from a category mix, net sales, units, margin and average order perspective.
    • Responsible for continuously tracking and analysis of campaigns, and marketing KPI’s.

    2. Continuous monitoring, analysis and measurement of campaign results
    • Responsible for reviewing trend reports from a campaign perspective and reviewing commentary
    • Responsible for preparing contingency plans and business cased based on the trend report
    • Accountable for the production of the contingency plan-briefing the contingency plan into the department and execution of the plan.

    3. Manage the Campaign Planning Schedule & Process
    • Prepare and manage a campaign planning schedule, ensure marketing team remain on schedule.
    • Prepare and balance the data for the packs, and participate in the campaign reviews.
    • Prepare the data for the monthly post campaign reviews vs plan and PY with support from the Campaign Planners.
    • Prepare and present monthly campaign packs to be signed off .
    • Prepare and present monthly post campaign reviews vs plan and PY.

    Must have between 7 - 10 years full time experience
    Financial, banking industry experience - HUGE ADVANTAGE
    Must have worked with products and services
    Implement Digital and Social Media strategy (SWOT etc)
    Experience in:
    Data Analytics and understanding Data Analytics Software
    Review and analyse Digital and Social Media stats and provide corrective measures
    Research technologies - competitive intelligence and consumer behavior
    SEO & SEM (algorythms)
    Website analysis
    CMS - creative and effective content strategy and development
    Campaign Development - plan, manage and analyse post campaign results - provide corrective measures
    Lead Generation and bringing in money via Digital & Social Media channel
    Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linkedin
