  • Control Room Operator

    To be the first contact in case of emergencies and to inform the relevant key holders within the company. To ensure that communication is maintained with all sites, co-ordinate, monitor and record all communication from various sites, technicians and drivers.

    • 2 Years Control Room Experience
    • Word, Excel and Microsoft Access
    • Tracking System knowledge
    • Power track
    • CCTV Monitoring
    • Telephone Etiquette certificate

     Computer and general office equipment

    • Monitor, trouble shooting and managing of staff and equipment usage and work progress.
    • Must answer all incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
    • Accurate record keeping.
    • Constant communication with Responders, drivers, managers and supervisors.
    • Vehicle tracking and monitoring
