    REPORTING TO
    As a FICA/Investigating Agent, you are a key part of the team responsible for the collection and processing of all FICA documents.
    Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
    Verifying FICA documentation through the prescribed FICA process as detailed in the company Risk Management Compliance Programme.
    Contacting new customers and following up with existing clients to obtain their FICA documentation.
    Using our 3rd Party Company to confirm client details directly with DHA.
    Report any form of suspicion when dealing with any client in the form of a fraudulent document, behaviour or transactions to your line Manager.
    Reviewing all withdrawals which meet a certain threshold, reporting your findings to your line Manager.
    Reviewing all deposits which meet a certain threshold, reporting all your findings to your line Manager.
    Reviewing all clients accounts prior to withdrawals being released, reporting this to your line Manager.
    Ensuring all duplicate accounts are reviewed and locked where needed.
    Daily screening of all registered accounts, to ensure all is in order as with our T&C
    Ensure all referral Checks – Are valid clients.
    Ensuring all bonus allocations are valid.
    Work emails (Raging River account) are acknowledged and dealt with.
    Tracking, reporting and analysis of the above listed functions.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

    Matric/Grade 12 (or equivalent) qualification.
    Minimum 3-year experience in a FICA processing role.
    Minimum 1 – Year Experience in an investigating role.
    Industry Knowledge on sports betting.
    Intermediate computer proficiency (specifically MS Office and internet applications).
    Typing Speed – Minimum 30 words per minute.
    The ability to swiftly adapt to changes in the workplace and industry.
    A strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
    Target driven nature.
    Must be able to perform under pressure.
    Problem solving Skills.
    Attention to detail.
    The ability to multi-task.
    Ability to process a minimum of 85 clients in one shift and increasing with employment -Will be reviewed every 3 months.
    Positivity towards work and colleagues.
    Highly organised and good time Management.
    Keen interest to learn and develop in the role. Self-starter who is self-driven and self-directed.
    Honesty and Integrity.
