  • Responsibilities:

    Full bookkeeping function

    Follow up and management of outstanding debts

    Reconciliations

    Credit notes and refunds

    Management of client communication and queries

    Debit orders

    Record keeping of audit files

    Other accounting and administration tasks

    Minimum Requirements

    English and Afrikaans

    Grade 12 with accounting and mathematics

    Advanced MS Excel skills

    Knowledge of PasteI Evolution is beneficial

    Certificate/Diploma in Bookkeeping is beneficial

    Other requirements:

    Good interpersonal skills

    Detail orientated

    Follow through

    Deadline driven

    Good organizing skills
