  • ROLE SUMMARY (purpose) To lead and grow the operating quality and efficiency of a branch in order to achieve high levels of service and performance in volume, quality and targets within set timelines. To also identify and develop opportunities for the career development of branch personnel as required that will enhance and drive improved business performance KEY WORK OUTPUTS and ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage Customer portfolio - Customer Retention management Contact and meet (engage) with customers Secure Business Agreements (Service Level Agreements) Grow and maximise Portfolio Revenue Forecasting Skills (finance : revenue, manpower, fleet, service costs, cash, profit) Accounts Receivable Improve performance to below Terminations Target Productivity State of service Health, Safety & Environment Asset management HR / IR / Coaching SKILLS and COMPETENCIES People Leadership with multi-team responsibilities Good understanding of SHE and risk management principles Ability to read and interpret financial reports Good understanding of Labour Law and Policies and Procedures Able to present and communicate information and reports in a meaningful format Key Internal Relationships: Supervisors & Admin Managers Branch Managers (peers) Sales & Marketing teams Technical Support team ALL Functional & Support divisions Key External Relationships: Customers contacts (Procurement, Facilities, Financial Directors) Key Accounts Clients Business network Qualifications And Experience Tertiary qualification preferred although not mandatory Excellent computer skills – MS Office, Internet tools (leadership level) Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role
