  • Administrative support with the following: Recruitment and selection Appointments, terminations, promotions and transfers Payroll changes/updates/queries Scheduling of job evaluations Recognition programme queries and updates Performance management administration queries and support to clients. Letters to confirm employment, e.g. visa letters Support with training and development needs where required, up skilling of SAP Administrators and capturing of training interventions. SAP support and assistance with enquiries. Assist with compliance reports: Quarterly reports Sustainability reports Ethics committee Annual Training Report (ATR) and Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) Professional qualifications Etc. Secretarial support: Diary management Travel arrangements Filing Assist with SRS requests Compiling PowerPoint presentations Editing of documents Assist with Group Office HR Committee documentation and execution of actions afterwards General office administration duties, e.g. ordering stationary, maintaining office equipment, maintaining suppliers etc. Budget - arrange and make payments and provide feedback on spending against budget and report on discrepancies

    Inherent Requirements: A 3 year National Diploma in Office Management and Technology or HR Related Degree Relevant recruitment and selection administration experience. Previous experience working in Corporate HR office can be to your advantage Previous payroll experience Computer literate in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Microsoft Excel skills. SAP knowledge will be to your advantage
