  • Reading and short listing CVs Follow the Recruitment SOP for both new and current employees Source suitable candidates for available positions and identifying suitable recruitment channels. Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time Screening applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation Generate recruitment related reports and submit to HR Manager on weekly / monthly basis Preparing of new employee packs Submit, follow up and keep a record of invoices submitted by agencies. Manage preferred service provider data base Compile, update and maintain a candidate database. Update the organizational structure as and when required Manage the Job Profiles on the Halogen System as per the SOP Create a new employee on the Halogen System at start, update system with movements All new, transferred, promotions, acting as agreements are managed in full from your desk to our payroll service provider; including medical aid, Provident fund, Tsogo fund and EEA1 documentation. All of this information is to scanned into the Halogen system under the new employees profile. Three month probation monitoring takes place with the Employee and filed on the Halogen System. Generate the Employment Equity numbers with all new and moved employees advertising Draft employment contracts Develop and execute recruitment plans Compile & maintain database Employee Packs and interviewing Recruitment policies Recruitment Service Providers Reports Shortlisting regrets Verification checks

    Inherent Requirements: Matric and an appropriate experience in Human Resource Management or Talent Management. Computer literacy 3-4 years of experience
