  • NQF LEVEL AS MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: LEVEL 4 EQUIVALENT TO STANDARD 10 / GRADE 12 1 - 2 Years Call Center / Customer Service Experience EE APPOINTMENT : Answering all incoming calls with speed and enthusiasm. Dealing with all relevant warehouse queries in a friendly and courteous manner. Ensure that timeous quotes are given to all callers/clients and that they are accurate and up to date. Once query is received you are to ensure that you give feedback to the client/caller within 15 minutes, regardless of whether you have an answer or not. You are to ensure that correct information is received and passed on at all times to customers at all times. Always ensure that you welcome and receive visitors in the reception with friendliness and respect. Printing waybills and labels for customers (when required). Ensuring that all incoming calls are directed to the correct department (when required). Ensuring that you dial outside numbers (when requested). Assist the sales and marketing department with queries as and when required. Knowledge: Knowledge of Company standards and procedures, processes and systems. Skills: Communication skills and telephone etiquette Technical Competence Creative thinking Detail-oriented Customer Service Driven Computer Skills Attributes: Organised, Fast Thinker Problem Solver Hard working, Reliable and Integrity
