  • AA/EE Strategy Analyst position – Automotive sector
    Salary Negotiable depending on skills and experience
    Isando
    My client is a Stable and Professional leading Automotive Group based in Isando. The core purpose of this position is to generate strategic and market intelligence for the Divisional Strategy process and support in the planning and engagements within such process. The position will further assist with the training of business unit users on the Group Value Model and conduct financial analysis where required.The incumbent must have sound financial acumen with high attention to detail with financial analysis and financial modelling experience

    The successful candidate must have:
    • Matric
    • Bachelor’s degree (business, computer science, information management, or a related field).
    • At least 3-years working experience in a professional environment.
    • Willingness to travel within Southern Africa.
    • Valid Code 08 driver’s license.
    • Clear ITC record.
    • Advanced proficiency with desktop applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    Your busy and challenging day will include but not limited to:
    Strategy
    • Structure and perform analysis and conduct primary research to develop insights, identify and validate value creation opportunities
    • Analysis, insights & co-ordination
    • Conduct market or competitor research, track industry and competitive trends, develop forecasting models and scenario analysis, examine strategic performance, spot emerging market opportunities, identify business threats
    • Analyse and distil data to highlight key themes and trends
    • Ensure efficient and effective processes are in place to gather, process and communicate insights
    • Assist in the co-ordination of the development of the annual divisional business plan
    • Process support
    • Assist in the design and facilitation of the Divisional Strategy process and other relevant strategic processes.
    • Formulate plans to support processes and play a coordinating role
    • Build or adapt existing financial value driver models to inform strategic choices and investment decisions
    • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders
    • Plan, co-ordinate and deliver ad-hoc projects
