  • Description

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Receiving of all Suppliers statements and invoices and also making sure they are approved for payment
    Capturing of all supplier invoices
    Prepare full supplier recons for payment
    Foreign suppliers (capture invoices, prepare recons, load payments)
    Prepare intercompany recons
    Update weekly bank balances
    Minimum Requirements

    A minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience
    Relevant Tertiary qualification
    Computer literate with intermediate Excel
    Ideally have experience working on ERP financial system
    Strong recons experience
    Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
