    Admin Assistant (Accounts)
    We are looking for assistance in our small Accounts department on a permanent basis.

    ESSENTIAL Requirements:
    Pastel Partner
    Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel – this will be tested at interview stage)
    Excellent verbal and written business communications
    Professional, high quality attitude with good performance record
    ITC and criminal clear
    Must be a South African citizen

    Duties/Tasks include assistance with (but are not limited to):
    Storage client administration
    Bi-monthly storage client invoicing
    Debt collection (phone calls, sms and emails)
    Upkeep of manual and electronic records
    Email correspondence
    Petty Cash
    HR & Payroll administration
    Filing

    The right candidate will have some experience in the above areas, and be proactive in managing duties and day-to-day tasks. This role requires an individual who sees tasks through to the end, is up for a challenge and can follow instructions / procedures as laid out.
