  • Key performance areas:

    * Manage daily time and attendance (hours) & time efficiency

    * Take orders (phone all spurs daily)

    * Inform Production of orders for next day

    * Manage queries

    Coordinate deliveries with 3rd party delivery company

    * Handle switchboard and reception

    * General secretarial duties and support

    The successful candidate must have:

    * Matric with relevant qualification

    * Must have basic bookkeeping skills

    * Understanding of HR will be beneficial and advantage

    * Excellent organizational skills, accurate and attention to detail

    * Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – fully bilingual

    * Ability to work under pressure – confident personality

    * Must be willing to work flexible hours

  • Minumun level of education: Grade 12 /N4 (Matric)
  • 2 years of experience
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
