  • A Company based in Westmead is seeking to employ an Admin Assistant with Marketing experience in Engine Rebuilding Industry.

    The company is based in Westmead and the candidate needs to have the skills & attributes:

    Abilities & Duties:

    Ability to listen to instruction and provide data entry in a timely and efficient manner
    Good verbal and written communication skills
    Must show initiative and be proactive
    Job Cards/Time sheet
    Purchasing
    Reception – Answering the phone and dealing with walk in clients
    Update Test & Measure
    Quotations
    Social Media Marketing Experience – advantageous
    Follow up and return any jobs that have been with us for 3 months or more
    Upkeep of Client database
    Experience and Skills required:

    Matric (Grade 12) completed
    Omni Accounts experience is a must
    Advanced Excel, Outlook, Word and Internet experience
    Driver’s license and own vehicle essential
    Working hours: from 7am – 4:30pm
    A "can do" attitude is key. People person who is assertive and tenacious – a good team player. Someone who can think on their feet. An all-rounder, multitasker who goes above & beyond the call of duty.
