  • Applications are invited for the above mentioned position to be based in Supply Chain Sandton, Gauteng . The successful applicant will report to the Maintenance Planner.

    Key Performance Areas include, but are not limited to:

    Maintaining PMPM schedules for day shut for different lines on SAP;

    Providing weekly PMPM’s and issue to foreman for level 2 meetings;

    Creating job cards on SAP for daily maintenance on the site and production lines

    Confirmation of job cards requests on SAP;

    Creating purchase requisitions on SAP;

    Following up on outstanding purchasing requisitions and purchase orders;

    Tracking work order progress report;

    Closing of SAP work orders;

    Providing various reports to foreman;;

    General Admin duties ( update of monthly site services dashboard, gate pass register, casual usage);

    Attend level 1 MDT meetings;

    Standing in for the maintenance planner ( attend pre shut maintenance meetings, attend day shut open and close meeting, generate pre day shut plans in Excel and MS Project etc);

    The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills/knowledge:

    Strong numerical aptitude and analytical abilities are essential;

    An innovative and proactive work ethic;

    Good communication and interpersonal skills;

    Be a structured, accurate and methodical worker;

    Must be a team player.

    Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements :

    Grade 12;

    A relevant technical qualification;

    Computer literacy

    MS Office Suite proficiency;

    Work experience within an admin environment;
