  • Duties & Responsibilities

    Files and organises invoices and other documents in compliance of company's standards and procedures.
    Ensures that BEE certificates are valid and preparation of BEE spreadsheets as per company requirements.
    Capture supplier purchase orders on Pastel Evolution
    Manage and monitor age analysis
    Preparation of supplier recons
    Liaising with suppliers for account queries
    Processing of credit notes and return to suppliers
    Additional responsibilities as and when the need arises within the company
    Processing and management of the company's SANRAL toll account
    Loading of payments on the Company's in-house system

    Attention to detail
    Deadline oriented
    Able to work in a team
    Technical knowledge

    System knowledge:
    Pastel Evolution, MS Office, Excel and E mail
    Accurate reporting skills

    Matric with certificate or diploma in finance


    2 years experience in a similar role
