  • The position is to administer the receiving, capturing and distribution of samples to ensure correct information is obtained and recorded.

    Duties

    Management of the reception area and give out relevant information to clients
    Direct incoming calls and clients to relevant departments while offering good customer service
    Receive cash and ensure banking of monies in accordance with relevant standard operating procedures
    Process sample registration and queries according to operating procedures
    Handles and refers administrative queries to ensure resolution of queries
    Monitor stock levels and order additional stock to ensure availability to required materials at all times
    Ensure basic housekeeping in own working area
    Requirements

    Grade 12
    Bsc Degree advantageous
    0 -1 years relevant working experience
    Computer literate
    Good communication skills
    Telephone etiquette
    Administrative skills
