Offer description
Leading steel supplier based on the East Rand requires an Administration Clerk to join their team.
Matric, 2 years working experience and strong Excel skills are essential
You would be required to check paperwork against the monthly price list to ensure correct prices are on the paperwork
Scan purchase notes and send them to customers and request tax invoices
Create cash remittances and EFT requests for payments to customers and to the company
Create collection requests daily
Check weighbridge report and update the tonnage collected per day
Pack cash payments and check that cash received is correct
Update payment schedules to ensure they balance
Type price letters and quotes to customers
Fill in VAT forms
File paperwork and ensuring paperwork is up to date
