    • The role will be responsible for full administrative support. Your key performance areas will include but
    not be limited to the specifications below.
    • - To manage all administrative requirements.
    • - Professionally answer telephone and respond to client enquiries.
    • - Invoicing on Sage accounting.
    • - Quotations.
    • - Deal with queries from the public and customers
    • - Ensure customer orders are attended to timeously and follow up on outstanding customer orders,
    Lead times ect.
    • - Greet and assist walk in clients entering organization in a prompt, professional friendly manner.
    • - Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
    • - Provide general administrative and clerical support, filling, faxing, scanning ect.
    • - Prepare correspondence and documents.
    • - Receive and sort mail and deliveries
    • - Schedule appointments.
    • - Monitor and maintain office equipment, groceries
