Description
Our retained client is seeking an administrator for their children’s ward in Durban, you will be responsible for all administration of this department.
As an Admin Ward Clerk, your job role will include:
Updating patient records.
Database maintenance
Invoice preparation
Inbound and outbound phone calls to families to book appointments/visits and other departments within the hospital.
General administrative duties.
For the role of Admin Ward Clerk, the following experience is required:
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
There is Free Car Parking on site.
Working hours for the role of Admin Ward Clerk are 9am to 5pm or 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
The ideal Admin Ward Clerk will preferably has a NHS / Medical / clinical background
