  • Reporting and assisting the Practice Manager
    - Responsible for on boarding all New Clients - adding all details to the system; following a
    stringent process; completing necessary checks
    - Managing Policy Servicing process - liaising with providers for information; accurately
    recording the detail; keeping Advisors updated
    - Booking client meetings; managing the Advisors diaries; meeting
    preparation; arranging travel
    - Marketing responsibilities - client communications; arranging events; maintaining our
    document library
    - Looking after Client files and database and keeping it up to date at all times
    - General admin responsibilities including answering the phone

    You must have:
    - A 'can do' attitude
    - Excellent customer service skills
    - High level of accuracy
    - Good IT skills
