  • Candidate will be responsible for all General Admin
    * Document Management:
    * Scanning of Documents (Delivery Notes, Directs, GRN’s & Invoices)
    * Assist Receiving with booking in of stock on receipt of GRV’s
    * Filing, maintenance & retrieving of archived documents
    * Assist H/O Creditors with queries
    * Daily filing of fleet vehicle trip sheets
    * Filing of Book-in and Book-outs of stock
    * Manage calls for Receiving
    * Switchboard Relief Duties
    Minimum of a Grade 12 qualification
    1-2 yrs General administration experience
    * Computer Literacy (MS Office/Windows/e-mail)
    * Able to work with figures
    * Organisation skills
    * Planning skills
    * Communication skills
    * Knowledge of the functioning of an office
    * People skills
    * Driver for results and work under pressure
    * Cross boundary thinking
    * Interpersonal relations
    * Telephone Etiquette
