  • Responsabilities:
    - scanning, filing and control of documents;
    - keeping documents and document registers up to date;
    - checking and monitoring document revision status and circulating revisions of documents;
    - scan and convert documents to PDF;
    - ensuring updated documentation is sent to correct departments, users are advised of changes and proof of receipt is kept on record;
    - ensuring documents/reports are signed, filed, comply with standards, and are controlled and published electronically to correct users in the organisation.
    - Typing correspondence, reports, emails and preparing documents for department personnel.
    - Update and maintain a register of digital, and hard copy documentation in the Quality System.
    - Answering phone calls, taking messages, interfacing with clients and making tea and coffee for clients.
    Requirements:
    Computer literate (high level of understanding and able to operate MS office, which includes, word, outlook and excel).
    The ideal candidate will have a ‘can do attitude’, be highly organised and motivated to meet project milestones.
    Exceptional document control and a self-starter. Strongly efficient and methodical as well as highly organised.
    Well spoken, sound communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of the English language and correct spelling.
    Knowledge of Quality Assurance (an advantage).
    Willingness and flexibility to work overtime.
