    Salary: R8 500 to R15 000 commensurate with qualifications and experience
    Qualifications / Requirements:
    Matric with Maths and Accountancy (ideally studying toward BCom part-time)
    Credit and debtors experience
    Stock control experience
    Well spoken and presented
    Good references
    Organised and neat
    Excellent people skills
    Key Performance Areas:
    Complete administrative control and communication responsibility between our customers  and all relevant departments within the company as well as our outsourced partners
    Control of customer debtors (orders receiving, processing, follow up, invoicing and monthly statements) in line with procedures and agreed systems
    Follow up all account and queries at customers to ensure rapid resolution of payements and any other issues
    Entering of correctly costed stock into the IT systems and update / populate company SharePoint
    Customer stock control as per company processes in conjunction with company, purchasing, planning, technical terms and customer production forecasts
    General administrative responsibilities including filing, preparation and circulation of reports, time sheet management and interaction / coordination with payroll partner, tax consultant and finance consultant including all other service suppliers
    Loading of payments into the bank and discussion with MD to ensure payments  are released as per agreed trading terms of suppliers
    Preparation of reports a specified by management and key customers and ordering of office stationery and consumables in line with agreed systems and approval processes
    Communications and printing of picking slips, delivery notes (including specific customer requirements) to / or logistic partners and ensure orders are delivered within expected timeframes
    Management and control POD’s
    Follow up and communication of the stock levels within the logistic partners warehouse to ensure zero shortages or excessive stock levels
    Undertake all responsibilities ensuring all specific customer requirements are communicated to the correct departments and are adhered to on an ongoing basis
    Ensure compliance to all other aspects of our QMS
    Declaration of forex content in our products in line with legislation and customer requirements
    Comply with defined environment and quality procedures and identify / communicate customer environmental and quality requirements and expectations
    Participate in meetings at customers and at company when required and ensure completion of agreed tasks within agreed timeframes
    Comply with all SHE activities and strategies
    Responsible for all MSDS (and revisions) given to relevant persons / departments at customers and ensuring to have proof of receipt of these MSDS’s by customers
    Ensure documentation including files and records are accurate, maintained and updated at all times and control of batch test reports and approval status of batches at out customers
    Efficient and ongoing communication to management and staff to ensure excellent information flow
    All creditor related activities including ordering, receiving, communication, checking and payments to be completed strictly according to company financial and operational rules and regulations
