  • Client specializing Commercial Property Rentals in the Bedfordview area is currently seeking an Administration Officer who thrives within pressurized environments. Become part of a long standing reputable company and a strong team of dedicated staff who work to reap the rewards! Candidates who wish to apply must have the following:
    Minimum Requirements:
    1. Min 3 years experience in Administration - Property Rentals
    2. Matric Certificate, other certificates adv.
    3. Own reliable transport and valid drivers licence
    4. Pastel experience an advantage
    5. Proficient on Microsoft 360 i.e. Excel and Word
    6. Must have a clear criminal record
    7. Proven organisational skills in filing and database management
    Base line job description as follows:
    1. Filing and archiving of tenant lease agreements, invoices and general paper trails
    2. Capturing of tenant and supplier information onto the system
    3. Assisting with reports on cost comparisons and quotes
    4. General office support - preparing boardrooms, maintaining databases etc.
    5. Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative/data capturing duties
    6. Maintaining accurate records of paper trails and ensure filing is completed as per system
    7. Monitor and capture information onto the electronic database
