    Minimum Qualifications/Experience
    Grade 12
    Minimum 3 years banking experience
    Knowledge of and compliance with:-
    Bank & Departmental Policies and Procedures
    EFT, ATM and NAEDO Clearing Rules
    Credit Manual
    Securities Manual
    Banking Code of Practice
    Key Deliverables/Outputs
    Limit maintenance
    Handle all client documentation
    Loading of new clients and client changes
    Customer liaison
    Monitoring of the daily STP processing
    Administrative duties
    KEY COMPETENCIES (Skills, Knowledge And Personal Attributes)
    Excellent administration skills
    Excellent communication skills
    Accuracy and attention to detail
    Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
    Customer focus
    Planning and organising
    Computer literacy - MS Excel (Intermediate) & MS Word (Intermediate)
    Good telephone manner
