  • Responsibilities include:
    Compiling and submitting of physical contracts (sales and purchase contracts)
    Processing of all orders on systems with accuracy and timeliness
    Responding to internal communication in a timely and professional manner
    Inform stakeholders of unforeseen delays or problems
    Updating internal and external databases with account, contact and service information
    Ensure adherence to laws and policies
    Properly escalating unresolved queries

    Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.
    Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    Strong attention to detail
    Ability to prioritise own workload and work independently
    Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular) and CRM systems (Zoho CRM, SalesForce etc).
    A quiet, no distractions work from home space
    Fibre Internet & high-speed laptop
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
