  • Office Administrator

    Position is available for one Office Administrator to assist in the Procurement and HR Departments. The Administrator will perform the following duties:

    Procurement:

    • Filing;
    • Telephone calls with suppliers;
    • Dealing with urgent requests;
    • Back orders and follow ups on a weekly basis;
    • Following up on delivered and non-delivered items;
    • Sort out incorrectly supplied items and returns;
    • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

    HR:

    • Filing;
    • Capturing of overtime, leave forms & disciplinary forms;
    • Input on VIP where necessary;
    • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
    Skills / Experience Required

    • Matric;
    • At least 2 years’ experience working in an office environment;
    • Computer literacy;
    • Good communication skills;
    • Experience and knowledge of an ERP system;
    • Attention to detail is vital;
    • Ability to work under pressure and multitask;
    • Ability to make quick decisions;
    • Good telephone skills;
    • Experience with VIP will be advantageous.
