  • We are looking for a professional, experienced and reliable receptionist / office administrator to manage the company's reception desk and provide support to visitors, employees and departments.
    Duties to Include
    Meeting and greeting visitors but also carrying out a wide range of receptionist duties such as :
    Booking meeting rooms using a PC based system,
    Liaising with maintenance, catering and IT to ensure rooms are set up,
    Booking video conference meetings,
    Maintaining the reception area,
    R 9250 per month
